My Approach
Conducted UX research, behavioral analysis, and scenario testing to identify pain points and validate hypotheses. Designed and optimized key user flows, focusing on onboarding, navigation, and task completion. Built and maintained a comprehensive design system with reusable components, UI patterns, and guidelines. Improved SSO (single sign-on) UX, reducing friction and simplifying access across services. Collaborated closely with developers and product teams, ensuring accurate implementation and minimizing rework. Iteratively refined visual design, interaction patterns, and cross-platform consistency for scalability.
