The Challenge
SeverX operates within a large industrial ecosystem combining multiple products, platforms, and user groups. The challenge was to evolve fragmented interfaces into a coherent, scalable product system while improving usability, engagement, and business efficiency



My Approach
As Lead Designer, I was responsible for building and scaling the design practice across SeverX products. Leading and mentoring a team of designers. Redesigning the SeverX mobile application using analytics and behavioral insights Introducing scenario-based UX and funnel analysis into product decisions. Building and maintaining a shared design system across web and mobile. Establishing consistent UX patterns and interaction standards. Supporting stakeholders with clear design rationale and documentation
