Worked with VNISH — the world’s leading mining-firmware company in 2024-26 — designing web products and digital tools that support its global infrastructure and ecosystem. As a senior freelance product designer, focused on the redesign of vnish.com, improving product consistency, and contributing to the development of multiple web tools including Tool Kit, Pool, and Proxy. Also designed and supported the launch of Vnish Pay — a mobile financial application with card management and crypto wallet functionality
The Challenge
VNISH operates a complex global ecosystem of mining firmware, tools, pools, and infrastructure services. The challenge was to improve usability and clarity across vnish.com, reduce friction in key user flows, and align multiple products under a consistent UX and visual system — while supporting both technical and non-technical users
My Approach
Redesigned vnish.com with a focus on simplifying structure, improving navigation, and making product communication clearer. This led to increased NPS and reduced CES by lowering user effort in key scenarios. Designed Vnish Pay from scratch, covering user flows, financial interactions, and interface architecture. Used Claude and Cursor during the app design process to accelerate iterations and improve collaboration with development. Developed and maintained a scalable design system, synchronized with the codebase, ensuring consistent UI across Vnish Pay and contributing to overall product consistency. Contributed to UX/UI design of Tool Kit, Pool, and Proxy, while also evolving their visual language through a partial rebranding — including typography, color system, and interface components
